So many other brides with other venues did not get that same courtesy. I am so thankful for linden hall during that time all contracts were honored and we were a team to make the best plan for us all. Best of all for things that were originally discussed that couldn’t occur later due to covid Rachel came with back up plan after back up plan always keeping My husband and I’s wishes at the forefront. Immediately Rachel was on top of everything sending updates and being educated on what could and couldn't be done. Working with linden hall through the ever changing event regulations etc was the absolute best case scenario. We could not have asked for a more perfect weekend and would relive this day over and over again if we could. There is no other venue that provides such a welcoming environment than at Linden Hall. She hand delivered our favorite cocktails to us immediately following the ceremony and repositioned our ceremony elements into the reception area so we could continue to enjoy them the rest of the night. She took care of the situation and had it fixed before I even stepped foot on the property on Friday. Rachel was a lifesaver throughout the entire planning process and even saved the day when the rental company dropped off the wrong chargers. There's a unique beautiful location for each step of the weekend without ever needing to leave the grounds. Everything being at one venue was so convenient, but each event of the weekend was held at a different spot on the property. There's no need to worry about driving or arranging shuttles back to a hotel when you can literally walk from the reception to the after-party area and back to your room for the night. We parked our cars Friday morning and didn't leave until Sunday afternoon.

Our wedding wouldve never been as amazing as it was without all her help, and all the flexibility she gave us working around my crazy work schedule and busy season. I cant say enough great things about Rachel. She goes above and beyond for the couples getting married at Linden Hall and she genuinely knows and loves the mansion and its history. She is so knowledgeable, upbeat, fun, kind, quick to respond, and helpful in every single way. Ly decorated, and some rooms are literally painted with 24k gold paint.
